Visit-help messaging terms

Email and text use separate, unchecked choices. You may choose neither, either one, or both. An email choice does not authorize text messages, and a text choice does not authorize email.

Each selected channel allows exactly one message for the current visit, telling you that store staff are ready to help today. Authority expires when the store's current service day or floor session closes. It does not roll into another day.

Appointment reminders, appointment messaging, service updates, marketing, promotional follow-up, and bulk campaigns are not included.

Message and data rates may apply. The first text identifies Amanda's Touch Bridal & Formal and includes STOP and HELP instructions.

• Reply STOP to opt out. Clear normal-language requests such as “stop texting me,” “unsubscribe,” “cancel,” “end,” or “quit” also stop later texts.
• Reply HELP for help. HELP and ordinary requests for support do not opt you out.
• A later START or UNSTOP message does not automatically restore permission. A new accepted authorization is required.

The optional email is limited to one same-day visit-help message. It contains a one-click way to stop visit-help email. An unsubscribe request prevents later email unless a new accepted authorization is completed.

• Under 15: the visit-help contact option is not available and nothing is created.
• Ages 15–17: a parent or guardian must make each choice using the parent or guardian's email address or mobile number.
• Ages 18 and older: the adult shopper may make each choice directly.

Review the service-specific privacy notice. The messaging service may remain unavailable until its separate technical, provider, and store activation checks are complete.
