Same-day visit help
How visit-help opt-in works
This is the exact disclosure and choice structure planned for the future in-store consent screen.
Preview only — no contact details are accepted here.
Both controls below are disabled and unchecked. This public route explains the flow for provider review without enabling contact capture or messaging.
1. Confirm who may authorize
- Under 15: stop; no contact, consent, or messaging information is created.
- Ages 15–17: a parent or guardian makes each choice and provides the parent or guardian's channel.
- Ages 18 and older: the adult shopper makes each choice directly.
2. Explain that contact sharing is optional
The in-store screen states before any channel choice: Contact details are optional and are not needed for in-store help.
3. Present two separate, unchecked choices
Email choice
I agree to receive 1 email from Amanda's Touch Bridal & Formal about help for my visit today. Email is optional and is not required for in-store help. The email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
4. Record only the choices made
The future in-store screen will record a separate affirmative choice for each selected channel. Leaving a choice unchecked does not block store help. Choosing email does not select text, and choosing text does not select email.
5. Send only the requested visit-help message
If activated for the store, each selected channel may receive one operational message for the current visit today. The first text identifies Amanda's Touch Bridal & Formal and includes STOP and HELP. No appointment, service-update, marketing, promotional, bulk, or later follow-up message is authorized by this flow.
