Same-day visit help
Visit-help privacy notice
This notice explains how Amanda's Touch Bridal & Formal will handle optional email and text choices for one same-day store visit.
Nothing is collected on this page.
Contact sharing will remain optional when the in-store service is made available. It will not be required to receive help in the store.
What the service is for
If you choose email, text, or both, the selected channel is used only to send one message that staff are ready to help with your current visit today. It is not used for appointment reminders, service updates, marketing, promotions, or bulk campaigns.
Email and text are two separate choices. Agreeing to email never authorizes a text, and agreeing to a text never authorizes email.
Information used
When this service is activated and you choose to use it, the store may use a shopper's preferred first name, the email address and/or mobile number selected for this visit, the applicable age-and-authorization category, and a record of each separate choice.
- Under 15: no contact or messaging information is created.
- Ages 15–17: a parent or guardian must authorize each choice, and the email address or mobile number must belong to that parent or guardian.
- Ages 18 and older: the adult shopper may authorize each choice directly.
Exact age, date of birth, guardian name, and free-form notes are not requested.
How information is shared
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The minimum information needed to deliver a message may be processed by service providers acting for this operational request, including Twilio SendGrid for email and Twilio Programmable Messaging for text. That processing does not authorize those providers or anyone else to use the information for marketing.
Retention and choices
Contact values may be kept for up to 24 months after the last accepted interaction, unless a verified deletion request requires earlier removal. A verified deletion request is completed within 30 days. Minimal consent evidence may be kept for four years after the latest use, withdrawal, or message.
A request to stop email or text takes priority over an earlier opt-in. Minimal suppression information may be retained while sending remains possible so that a later entry of the same address or number does not restart messages.
