How We Hire

We optimize for ownership, technical depth, and practical execution. The process is designed to evaluate real work and real judgment, without unnecessary hoops.

Step 1

Application Review

We review each application for role-fit, evidence of craft, and the kind of problems you take ownership of.

Typical timing: 2-4 business days

What to expect: You should hear whether we are moving forward.

Step 2

Intro Conversation

A structured conversation to align on scope, context, and whether it makes sense to invest more time.

Typical timing: 30-45 minutes

What to expect: We clarify priorities, constraints, and timing on both sides.

Step 3

Work Sample or Deep Dive

Either a tightly scoped exercise or an in-depth walkthrough of prior work focused on practical judgment.

Typical timing: Usually within 1 week

What to expect: We evaluate decision-making, tradeoffs, and execution quality.

Step 4

Team Loop and Decision

Final conversations focus on collaboration, rigor, and near-term priorities, followed by a clear decision.

Typical timing: 1-2 conversations

What to expect: If there is a strong near-term fit, we close quickly.
